*Additional hours of coverage can be added to any collection for a rate of $500 per hour. They can be added up to a week before your wedding date.
*Additional hours requested the day of the wedding is +$600 per hour
*If you booked an a la carte engagement session with “Velvet Heart Photography” and decide to book the heirloom wedding package within 30 days, a credit will be applied.
*Engagement session included in Heirloom Package (cannot be redeemed for extra hrs or discount if unused)

*All Wedding Days, A La Carte Engagement Sessions, Rehearsal Dinner, and "Day After" sessions are subject to a travel fee (.50/mile after 50 miles total trip) and applicable admission fees at certain locations. For weddings and sessions requiring longer travel times of 2 hours (one way) additional fees may also be required such as hotel stay, travel time and mileage. Prices are also subject to a “Holiday” fee.
Albums, Acrylic USBs, Glass keepsake boxes and canvases are included in some wedding collections.
They are also available as add-on's to any wedding collection.

Contract & Booking
The next step to booking me as your photographer is the contract. I will email you a contract PDF and you can print it and send it back or scan and email it to me. I require a $500 retainer along with the signed contract and then the date is all yours. Easy peasy!
Online Gallery
After I have finished editing your images, I will upload them to an online gallery and email you the link. You will have full rights to download the images & print wherever you like.
I can suggest good printing companies should you need one!
You can also share your gallery with family and friends.
After all....this was a pretty AMAZING day, you should share it with the world!!
Engagement Session
Engagement sessions are my favorite! They are a great way
to get comfortable with me and loosen up in front of the camera before the wedding. "I love having the opportunity to hang out with the two of you and photograph your magic" I have a short questionnaire for you to fill out so we can plan the time of day and location.
High Resolution Images
You will receive your web ready online gallery within 10-12 weeks.
I carefully create a gallery, selecting the best images and enhancing them to their fullest potential. I do not limit the images delivered but deliver the amount that accurately document the story of your day. I am about quality NOT quantity. You can expect approximately 50-65 final images per hour of coverage.
