About

It’s not about me. It is all about you and capturing images that will tell and re-tell your story – your engagement – your wedding – your special day – or your spontaneous elopement that caught everyone off-guard.

Having picked up a camera in 2012, I fell in love with photography and the opportunities it provided me to interact with others…to calm nerves, to catch a fleeting and flirtatious smile, to draw laughter and genuine joy out of others, and to deliver images to people that bring all the emotion rushing back into their hearts. Married with four children and two dogs, I am the photographer who still sheds a tear of joy when two people exchange vows and start an incredible adventure together.

Currently, I am a Northern Colorado based photographer and call Windsor, Colorado home. Growing up and living quite a bit of my adult life in Southern California, adjusting to the sweeping landscapes, distinct seasons, majestic mountains, and very unpredictable weather of Northern Colorado has been a wonderful journey for me and my family.

FAQs

How would you describe your style?

I believe in keeping things as they are true to color. Capturing honest moments throughout the day. My style is natural, meaningful and most importantly REAL - real emotions, real romance. I love natural light, I believe natural light preserves the feeling of the scene I’m photographing. However, if I need to use flash, I will definitely use it.

Do you do engagements / Pre-Wedding shoots?

Yes, In fact, I encourage it. I highly recommend an engagement shoot as I can teach you to relax and be natural in front of the camera with each other while I come along as the third wheel. A session will also strengthen our relationship so that on your wedding day, we get the best images possible.

Do we get to choose the images that we receive?

I will choose the photos that will be delivered. I promise I don’t keep a vault of amazing photos hidden away. I always choose the best of the best to deliver.

How long will editing take?

For weddings, typical editing time is approx. 8 weeks. For portraits, typical editing time is approx. 2 weeks.

Do you have a second photographer?

I have package options that include a second photographer. As we work together, they can capture the candid moments of your guests whilst we are taking your portrait shots, they can assist the day to run smoothly and not so rushed with the timeline of event.

People are raving about a first look what is it?

A first look is a situation set up by the photographer for the bride and groom to see each other before the ceremony. The groom will be looking away, anxiously waiting to see his bride, whilst the bride walks behind him and surprises him and they have a moment together before the craziness of the day begins.

Who has the copyrights?

I retain the copyright, but you can print and share with family and friends as much as you like. The copyright ensures that you will not alter the image in any way or enter them in contests or publication without my written consent. Raw files are never given.
